Just call me Austin

I've never been to Austin, but now I'm intrigued:

You Are Austin

A little bit country, a little bit rock and roll.
You're totally weird and very proud of it.
Artistic and freaky, you still seem to fit in... in your own strange way.

Famous Austin residents: Lance Armstrong, Sandra Bullock, Andy Roddick

"You're totally weird and very proud of it." Hmm.

h/t Nutmeg, who is New York. And I had such high hopes for our friendship. :)

But that just leads to other qizzes. At least I found out from the "Are you abnormal? quiz that:
You are at low risk for being a psychopath. It is unlikely that you have no soul.

Phew!I was worried for a bit.

Hey now, I live down here so that must count for something, right?

But, it's sadly true that you can never take the NYer out of the girl....

I'm trying, though.

Well howdy there, Michelle!

Actually, Austin is unlike any other city in Texas. Totally weird and very proud of it. Sounds about right to me!

I have yet to hear that accent of hers, but I can tell you...that girl is all NY! We still love her anyway! : )

Austin is the only city in Texas I have been to - and I got to sit in the famous bluebonnets, it was lovely.

Apparently, my husband is NY as well. He actually prefers the northeast to the rest of the country. I don't understand the attraction.

And, Michelle, "The City" is awesome... really lives up to all expectations.

But I'd never want to live there.
